The 803 at TNMOC
In 2012, myself and Claude had a private tour of TNMOC on my birthday. A very enjoyable day and so many memories flooding back on seeing some of the exhibits there. But of course, for me the highlight of the visit was seeing the Elliott 803.
This is the logic rack at the back of the paper tape station. The logic used here is very different to the core logic used in the main computer cabinets. It uses 'Minilog' fully encapsulated elements that perform simple logic functions similar to early digital integrated circuits.
